Quality Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order at Danann. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please get in touch with us within 20 days of receiving the item, and we will do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

 

If the quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible. We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure you are happy with your orders.

 

If a replacement order is not feasible, or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us, and we'll give you a refund.

 · Returns ·

We do not accept returns, as products are printed on demand. Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled if it has entered production.

If you have quality-related concerns, you can submit a claim with a detailed description and pictures within 20 days of receiving the item. If validated, our provider may offer a refund or reprint.

· Size Issues ·

If you select the wrong size, the course of action depends on the order status:

  1. If the order status is "Passed," you can still cancel it in their dashboard and place a reorder with the correct size.

  2. If the order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled through the dashboard.

Note that our providers do not accept returns for size issues, as products are printed on demand. 

 

The time frame for cancellation varies and depends on multiple factors, so it's crucial to act quickly. The cancel button may remain accessible for several hours or disappear within minutes after placing the order.

To avoid size issues, it's highly recommended to review all order details carefully before checkout.

​

If the size of the product received doesn't match the ordered size :

Provide a detailed description of the issue and include pictures showing the size discrepancy. If the quality assurance team validates your claim, they'll offer a complimentary replacement or a refund if a replacement isn't feasible.

Note that once an order is placed, it can't be edited, so ensure accuracy before ordering.

· Defective or Damaged Products ·

If you receive defective or damaged orders, we will cover the costs of a new order. This includes:

  • Damage to the delivered products

  • Errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products

  • Lack of quality of the delivered product

When reporting the damaged product, please include the following information:

  • A description of the problem.

  • Details about how the order was packaged.

  • Pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).

If the quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible.

If a replacement order is not feasible, or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us, and we'll give you a refund.

Providing clear pictures of the damaged item and packaging helps us expedite the process of sending a replacement order. This information is crucial for our internal reporting and helps us investigate the issue with our print and logistics partners to prevent similar incidents in the future.

· Shipping or delivery issues ·

In case of shipping or delivery issues, the steps you should take depend on the specific situation:

  1. For orders marked as “Delivered” but not received:
    • Check for delivery notes and contact the shipping provider for more information.

  2. For orders believed to be lost in transit:
    • Verify the shipping address is correct and complete.
    • Contact the local post office or shipping carrier to locate the order.
    • Ensure the order isn't marked as delivered and several working days have passed since the estimated delivery date.
    • If these criteria are met, contact us within 20 days of the estimated delivery date for a replacement order.

  3. For orders returned to sender:
    • Confirm the correct address.
    • If you want to receive the order, place a new order with accurate details.

     

Note that refunds aren't issued for returns due to incorrect addresses or recipient rejection.

· Shipping Methods ·

In most countries, we offer the option to choose between Standard/Economy and Express shipping.

  • Standard or Economy is a delivery service for mail that is too heavy for normal letter posts. Delivery time for domestic standard parcel delivery normally takes between 2-4 days.

  • Express Services are processed by the shipping company as a priority, as it is time-sensitive: delivery is expedited. When delivery time is critical, we recommend opting for Express delivery.

  • Pallet shipping for large orders: To ensure the quality of the delivered products for large orders and volumes, we will ship on pallets for orders weighing over 28kg. A loading bay, lifting platform, or other forklift equipment is required for receiving the goods.
