If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

As we produce on demand, we are unable to receive any returns.

If the quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible. We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

If a replacement order is not feasible, or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll give you a refund.

When reporting the damaged product, please include the following information:

• A description of the problem.
• Details about how the order was packaged.
• Pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).

Providing clear pictures of the damaged item and packaging helps us expedite the process of sending a replacement order. This information is crucial for our internal reporting and helps us investigate the issue with our print and logistics partners to prevent similar incidents in the future.

 

Size issues

We do not accept returns for size issues as products are printed on demand. Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled if it has entered production.

If you have quality-related concerns, you can submit a claim with a detailed description and pictures within 30 days of receiving the item. If validated, our provider may offer a refund or reprint.

To avoid size issues, it's highly recommended to review all order details carefully before checkout.
